Dear Sisters,
Hard to believe, but as we turn the page to 2011 Omega will be celebrating her 50th year as a part of the
Potsdam
College community. When you think about it, the ladies who wear red have been a part of this campus since the Kennedy administration and have seen life change, from curfew hours and sign out desks in the dorms, to campus protests of the late 60���s and early 70���s, to independent houses without the need of a houseparent, danced the disco era away, bought two houses, sang countless songs on bid night, partied like it was 1999, and still continue to call 51 Elm Street our proud home. We have celebrated our good times and supported each other when life���s challenges loom over us. I could have not imagined my college life without my sisters there to share the joys of a new pledge class, success in Ice Carnival, celebrating a pinning or engagement, or as we say good bye to the seniors at graduation.
With our rich, half century heritage and positive presence on the
Potsdam and Clarkson campus, I cordially invite all of our alumni back to Omega for the 50th
Reunion, July 14 ��� 17, 2011. The Reunion Committee has been hard at work developing and planning some fabulous events to mark this milestone. Please check here and at our Facebook page for updates on our events, registration and housing information.
